Two and a half decades ago, the partnership with Micromatic Grinding Technologies was initiated, with the vision to make a change in the lives of people. Through the interventions supported by MGT, GNK has touched the lives of the community people in urban slums and rural areas in and around Ghaziabad district.

With support from MGT, GNK cares for the vulnerable children and their mothers through its community-oriented early childcare and child education models. Programme components include:

• Promoting primary education through academic support;

• Improve health outcomes;

• Improve nutritional status of the children and women;

• Improve livelihood skills for women and youth;

• Sensitisation of community on issues related to development of women and children.

PAST HIGLIGHTS

Two decades of partnership with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCBPL) to implement social development programme for children, women and youth in Dhaulana block of Ghaziabad district. The activities focused on social and economic empowerment of women, youth and childrencovered 6502 families.

The CSR project on ‘Integrated Comprehensive Development Programme’ was implementedin partnership with Continental Carbon India Limited, Ghaziabad. The programme covered approximately 1000 families and focused on livelihood promotion and other social development activities.
