Over Two and a Half Decades of Impact: The GNK & Micromatic Grinding Technologies Partnership

More than 25 years ago, Gram Niyojan Kendra (GNK) and Micromatic Grinding Technologies (MGT) forged a partnership with a shared vision—to bring meaningful change to the lives of marginalized communities. Through MGT’s unwavering support, GNK has impacted thousands of lives across urban slums and rural areas in and around Ghaziabad district.

With MGT’s backing, GNK provides holistic care for vulnerable children and their mothers through community-driven early childcare and education models. Key program components include:

Early Childhood Care & Development – Providing safe, nurturing environments for young children.
Education Support – Ensuring access to quality learning for children in marginalized communities.
Health & Nutrition – Strengthening maternal and child well-being through healthcare and nutritional support.
Together, GNK and MGT continue to drive transformational change, empowering communities and securing a better future for generations to come.

PAST HIGHLIGHTS

Transformative Partnerships for Community Development

For over two decades, Gram Niyojan Kendra (GNK) has collaborated with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCBPL) to implement a social development program for children, women, and youth in Dhaulana block, Ghaziabad district. This initiative has positively impacted 6,502 families, focusing on the social and economic empowerment of marginalized groups.

Integrated Comprehensive Development Programme – In partnership with Continental Carbon India Limited, Ghaziabad, this CSR initiative covered 1,000 families, emphasizing livelihood promotion and social development activities to uplift communities.
Support My School Programme – Funded by Mr. Sachin Tendulkar through Plan India, this initiative improved infrastructure in 14 rural middle schools across Ghaziabad district. Key contributions included:
Safe drinking water facilities
Renovated and gender-segregated toilets for girls and boys
Through these powerful partnerships, GNK created lasting impact, fostering education, health, and economic opportunities for underserved communities.
