Dr. Madhuri Mukherjee

Madhuri has worked in leadership roles across diverse organisations. Currently working as an independent consultant, she has earlier worked as Executive Director with IWWAGE, an evidence to policy initiative focusing on women's economic empowerment. Prior to joining IWWAGE, she was the Country Representative of UW International Training and Education Centre for Health, an affiliated partner of University of Washington, Seattle US. Madhuri has worked with organisations such as Room to Read Asia Regional Office, Oxfam, Child fund and Save the Children, in various capacities at both national and regional level. 

Madhuri is also serving on the board and advisory committee of various organisations, such as UW International Training and Education Centre for Health Private Ltd, Landesa Foundations for Innovations in Development, Myrna Labs and CLIO Bangladesh.

Madhuri has a doctorate in Development Communication from Department of Sociology, Jamia Millia Islamia.
