Shri N. K Dhand is a leading industrialist of Ghaziabad and has been a supporter of Gram Niyojan Kendra for more than three decades.

In 1973 he founded Micromatic Grinding Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (MGT), Ghaziabad & Bangalore & ispresently its Executive Chairman www.micromaticgrinding.com . He is also a founding member of Micromatic Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd.-MMT in 1980. MMT is the largest Machine Tools marketing organisation in India, being the sole sales & after sales arm of AceMicromatic Group of companies www.acemicromatic.net . He is also a Director of TMI- Toyoda Micromatic Machinery India Pvt. Ltd., established in 2008 as a JV between MGT & JTEKT Japan. Besides, he has served as President IMTMA (Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers Association) & President of GMA (Ghaziabad Management Association) in the past.

Mr. N.K. Dhand graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, USA in 1965 and returned to India in 1967.
